Responsibilities
- National Service Training Program Directives
- Planning and implementation on the approved NSTP programs of the institution in coordination with the various concerned departments
- Preparation of the periodic and consolidated reports of the NSTP programs and activities for both the upper management and the corresponding government units
- Provision and coordination of updates regarding the implementing rules and regulations of the nationwide NSTP program
- Completion of certificates with corresponding serial number as issued by CHED and TESDA
- Teaching Load and Subject Mastery
- Coordination with local government units and other concerned agencies regarding the implementation of programs for the benefit and learning of the students
- Formulation and implementation of the learning objectives of the institution’s activities, projects and programs
- Utilization of all learning resources to attain outstanding student performance
- Use of instructional learning to enhance student learning and assurance of high quality education through reading and application of innovative and scientific research
- Knowledge Transfer of NSTP Programs
- Recommendation and creation of in-house trainings relating to the Disaster Response and Risk Reduction (D3R) procedures
- Dissemination of information and presentation of seminars for faculty and staff that are in line with outreach programs, first-aid and the like
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Community Development or Social Work related courses
- At least 2 - 3 years of end-to-end experience in the execution, implementation and evaluation of social and community development programs
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in handling NSTP or Management related subjects
- Must be an individual with proven personal and professional integrity
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work around technology and new software is preferred for this role
