Qualifications

• Graduate of any Community Development or Social Work related courses.
• 2–3 years end-to-end experience in executing and evaluating social/community development programs.
• At least 1 year teaching NSTP or Management related subjects.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English Language (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement NSTP directives in coordination with departments.
• Coordinate NSTP programs and prepare periodic reports for management and government units.
• Provide updates on NSTP regulations and ensure compliance with CHED/TESDA requirements.
• Deliver and coordinate NSTP-related trainings and seminars.
