Job summary

CIIT College of Arts and Technology Inc. seeks a qualified Nurse to join its student health clinic, providing timely and compliant healthcare services to students and staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing with PRC RN license, at least 3 years clinical experience (school setting preferred), and is certified in First Aid and BLS. Knowledge of EMR, emergency triage, and health documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with an active PRC RN license.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience; school/academic setting preferred.
• First Aid and BLS certified; ALS and Occupational Health training advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in EMR management, emergency triage, health documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, organization, service orientation, and composure under pressure; program facilitation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and compliant healthcare services, triage, referrals, and emergency response.
• Conduct emergency drills and readiness checks to ensure preparedness.
• Maintain and audit medical records and EMR, ensuring compliance with DOH and privacy laws.
• Lead health awareness and wellness programs within the campus community.
• Manage clinic supplies and health-related communications and reports.
• Coordinate health concerns with Security, Facilities, HR/Admin, faculty, and staff.
