• In-depth knowledge of CS/IT curriculum standards and emerging technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative management capability.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant education. The Dean will provide strategic direction, supervise faculty and staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen program performance and student outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

Educational Attainment:

• Master in Information Technology (MIT) or Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) graduate.
• At least five (5) years of managerial or supervisory experience in the academic industry.

Certifications (Required):

• Relevant IT certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, Cybersecurity, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
