Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Training Specialist in Quezon City, Philippines to handhold new hires from DOJ to the end of process training. You will plan labs, support logistics, and coordinate with Training Managers to ensure seamless delivery of training for collections processes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, exposure to UK banking/collections, and experience in motor finance collections. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts and a focus on quality coaching and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in a relevant field.
• Exposure to UK Banking or other vertical collections.
• Experience in motor finance collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Training (classroom and remote) for the Collections process.
• Manage training batches (typical 1:20 ratio) for effective delivery.
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents on process, quality, and best practices.
• Audit cases and provide feedback on gaps identified.
• Attend calibration calls with client and internal teams.
• Conduct training sessions within defined timelines and assess trainee performance.
• Maintain training records, daily reports, and data analysis for improvement.
• Motivate associates through management and career development.
• Process transactions weekly or monthly to maintain process competency.
• Stay updated on new products and process changes.
• Identify training needs (TNI) from audits and conduct refresher sessions.
