The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, minimum 3 years in a BPO collections environment, strong facilitation and coaching, and a data-driven mindset to measure training impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Training, Education, Operations, or a related field.
• Good communications skills (minimum B2, C1 preferred)
• Minimum 3 years working in a BPO collections environment
• Has functional knowledge of US collections laws and regulations
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking training effectiveness and performance outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills with Operations, Quality, and cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver process, systems, and soft skills training for new hires and upskilling programs in alignment with business requirements.
• Focus on engaging, learner-centered sessions that support knowledge retention and on-the-job application.
• Maintain trainer readiness by completing Quarterly Trainer Skills Certification to ensure high delivery standards.
• Key Performance Metrics (Success Measures): Monitor KPI achievement, trainer certification completion, and training material effectiveness scores.
• Coaching, Nesting, and Interventions: Conduct monthly calibration calls and partner with Ops, Quality, Nesting to address skill gaps.
• Content Quality & Continuous Improvement: Review and update training materials with a closed-loop review process and extract improvement opportunities from data
