Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring for an Early Collections role in Cubao, Quezon City. You will handle debt collection calls, explain due dates and contract details, and arrange payment solutions by phone while staying polite and professional.

The position requires strong communication in English and Filipino, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work on a day shift with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Tagalog and English, written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City.
• At least High School or Vocational Diploma.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to not paying clients and make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
