Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (B2B Collections) to support business clients with outstanding accounts and collection activities. You will coordinate with customers, follow up on payments, and assist with accounts receivable while delivering professional service.

The role requires onsite work at Northgate, Alabang, graveyard shift overnight, and a keen eye for accuracy. Immediate start is preferred and 1+ year in B2B collections is desired.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2nd year of college
• At least 1 year of B2B Collections experience
• Background in OTC / Accounts Receivable
• At least 12 months of tenure in most recent/previous role
• No employment gaps or AWOL history
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on a graveyard shift
• Can start immediately, if possible
