Job summary

Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a collections specialist responsible for handling in-house bucket 90+ past due, contacting clients by telephone and other channels, and coordinating payment options. You will maintain accurate records of all communications, follow up on overdue accounts, update company databases, and report on collections activity.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Preferably with experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Collaborating with other team members, including supervisors, to improve collections strategies and meet goals.
