Job summary

Citiworks Manpower Resources, Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking a Collections Officer to manage and oversee the collection of outstanding receivables, ensuring timely payments from clients and maintaining courteous, professional communication.

You will maintain accurate records of collection activities, reconcile accounts with the finance team, and negotiate payment arrangements. A Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 6–12 months of related experience are preferred, with proficiency in accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
