Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in collections or AR, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience with U.S. or international accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery strategies, processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• 8-12 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related function, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Experience handling U.S. or international accounts is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of debt recovery strategies, collections operations, compliance with collection laws and regulations, capacity planning, workforce management, and process optimization.

• Hands-on experience using collections management systems, CRM platforms, and performance reporting tools to monitor productivity and drive operational efficiency.

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage workforce scheduling, and consistently achieve collection targets and SLAs.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
