Role Description

The Collections Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Parañaque. This role is responsible for managing accounts with overdue payments, contacting customers through various channels, and negotiating appropriate repayment arrangements aligned with company policies. The Collections Officer will monitor portfolio performance, document all collection activities accurately, and escalati complex cases when necessary. The role also involves collaborating with finance and customer service teams, providing clear updates on account status, and helping maintain a positive customer experience while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.
