Job summary

Nezda Global in Manila is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to lead B2B collections, manage customer accounts and resolve complex deductions in a fast-paced shared services environment.

You will drive DSO reduction, implement best-practice collection strategies, and collaborate with US stakeholders to streamline cash collection while working onsite in Manila on US night hours (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B collections / AR.
• Hands-on with the HighRadius Collections module.
• Experience in collections strategies and dispute resolution.
• Experience in shared services or multinational setups.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

About the Role

As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will drive B2B collections strategies, manage customer accounts, resolve deductions, and handle complex disputes to actively minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end B2B customer collections and portfolio management.
• Resolve customer disputes and complex deduction issues efficiently.
• Implement best-practice collection strategies to directly reduce DSO.
• Collaborate closely with US stakeholders to streamline cash collection processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B collections / Accounts Receivable.
• Hands-on experience using the HighRadius Collections module.
• Demonstrated expertise in collections strategies, dispute management, and deduction resolution.
• Experience working within a shared services or multinational corporate setup.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.
• Willingness to work full onsite in Manila on a US night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM / 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
