Job Summary

The Collection Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the operational and administrative management of the Collections Department. This includes supervising documentation, assisting with team coordination, resolving daily operational issues, and supporting both training and translation tasks. The position ensures internal processes run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the team's performance and efficiency.

Position Details

Position Title: Collection Supervisor
Reports To: Collection Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational & Admin Support: Prepare critical employee reports, including attendance tracking, inspection reports, and probationary evaluations.
• Meeting & Communication Facilitation: Coordinate departmental meetings and ensure seamless communication between local and foreign stakeholders.
• Incident Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for on-site emergencies such as system bugs or network issues, ensuring quick resolution of management incidents.
• Training & Development: Manage training schedules for new hires, track performance, and translate materials to ensure accessibility for all team members.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the training team to update content based on performance data and propose program enhancements.
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: At least 6 years in Collections with at least 3 years in a leadership role handling large teams, preferably within fintech, lending, or banking sectors.
• Hard Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Collections systems) and intermediate to advanced Excel for report preparation.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for incident resolution and the ability to work under high pressure.
• Language Proficiency: Strong bilingual skills (English and Tagalog) for real-time meeting translation and document localization; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
