Job summary

Eubrics AI in the Philippines is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to accelerate our AI sales platform for large enterprises. You will own outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and hand them to account executives to close deals.

US market experience is preferred, with strong cold calling, emailing, and social outreach. You’ll track activities in Zoho or HubSpot, meet monthly quotas, and build long-term relationships with prospects while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• US experience: 2-3 years in B2B cold calling or related roles.
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and drive opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot) and sales metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage prospects.
• Experience with multiple prospecting techniques (cold calls, emails, social).

Responsibilities

• Daily cold calling and booking meetings with prospects.
• Adapt scripts and engage prospects to schedule demos.
• Drive top-of-funnel lead generation for account executives.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and accounts in CRM.
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Contact prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and email.
• Identify needs and propose appropriate products/services.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with prospects.
• Report to Sales Manager on sales results.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cold aclling and meeting bookings
• Adapting scripts and engaging cold call prospects to come for a demo
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
• Contact potential prospects through cold calls; LinkedIn and emails
• Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
• Report to the Sales Manager on sales results

Hit the ground running with us; so experience in US calling and running lead generation campaigns is a plus

Qualifications

• US experience: 2-3 years of B2B Cold Calling; B2B Sales Development Representative, B2B Account Executive, or similar role in the US
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn and Other professional platforms)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience working with a CRM- Zoho, Hubspot
• Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations
• Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
