Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Cold Caller to drive outbound sales for SAAS offerings. The role involves 40 hours per week with PST/BST schedules, calling prospects, presenting product features, and guiding conversations toward appointments.

The ideal candidate has proven cold calling or telemarketing experience, a neutral American accent, and strong CRM/telephone system skills to source leads and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a virtual Cold Caller/Telemarketer or a relevant role is required.
• With standard neutral to American accent.
• Working knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations.
• Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision.

Position: Cold Caller
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: PST/BST

Tasks required:

Cold call prospects to sell the products and services of the client

Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits

Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs

Upsells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services

Keep detailed record of call logs and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's database

Must have the ability to create responses aligned with the company’s messaging and drive the conversation to an appointment

Generate and source out leads through various channels

Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a virtual Cold Caller/Telemarketer or a relevant role is required

With standard neutral to American accent

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations

Very particular on the process of sourcing out leads and what tools to use

Clear and concise communicator with a neutral English accent and effective verbal communication skills

Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
