Qualifications

• 1–2 years in cold calling or telemarketing
• Strong spoken English with neutral accent
• US or AUS account experience
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently

• Familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Proficient with MS Office and online calendars
• Excellent phone, email, and chat communication
