Maya in Manila is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to back recurring CLV programs, rewards, loyalty and partner-funded benefits. You will support structured execution, maintain trackers, prepare validation files, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

This role emphasizes documentation, issue tracking, and process discipline to build a scalable operating model while ensuring routine tasks stay aligned with SOPs and business needs.

Formación

• 1–4 years of operations or related experience.
• Experience maintaining trackers and preparing reports.
• Strong organizational skills for recurring work, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Analytical mindset with file checks, reconciliations, and issue investigation.
• Able to follow SOPs and document processes clearly.
• Familiarity with rewards/loyalty or fintech operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide structured support for recurring CLV activities by organizing workback trackers and launch readiness inputs.
• Maintain visibility across ongoing work, issues, and dashboards to help owners manage dependencies.
• Prepare inputs for billing reviews, settlements, adjustments, and partner commitments.
• Support intake, investigation, documentation, and follow-through of platform-related issues.
• Help maintain the operational backbone for rewards, loyalty, offers, and partner-funded benefits.
• Document repeatable operating routines and handover notes to build scalable processes.
• Identify exceptions and escalate to the CLV Operations Manager for decisions.
