The ideal candidate has a 2+ year background in credit card operations or related financial services, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit card operations or related role in financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Handle all aspects of credit card transaction processing.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve credit card‑related issues, ensuring smooth operation of services.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure the team’s operations comply with regulatory standards, internal policies and processes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision‑making.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Business Units, Risk Management, Product and Engineering to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
