Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FM operations for the assigned cluster.
• Manage lead time and success rate to meet service targets.
• Ensure timely pickups aligned with seller preferences and seller experience goals.
• Monitor attendance and productivity across the cluster.
• Generate reports and drive performance improvements.
• Distribute routes to optimize truck productivity as directed by management.
• Audit SOP compliance and address gaps.
• Resolve escalations with long- and short-term solutions.
• Support cost-efficient and effective projects for SPX.
• Review weekly and monthly cluster performance with reporting manager.
