Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution.
• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to be assigned across the designated Cluster.
• Ability to work shifts based on team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset with administrative tasks capability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations, including parcel handling and inventory management.
• Monitor hub performance to achieve KPIs efficiently.
• Create and validate Hub reports.
• Support resolution of customer escalations.
• Implement process improvements in hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and processes.
• Coordinate oversight with agency teams.
• Perform additional tasks related to hub operations as needed.
