Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding and sorting.
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes of meetings.
• Monitor hub's performance to meet high productivity levels.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to increase hub productivity.
