Job summary

Ericsson in Mexico City is seeking a Technical & Solution Sales Support Specialist to bridge customer needs with Ericsson cloud solutions. You will support KAMs across the sales cycle, from early engagement to RFx delivery, shaping solutions and high-quality responses.

You will work with cloud products in Telco Cloud, delivering value propositions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud solutions including Telco Cloud.
• Proven presales, solution sales support or architecture.
• RFx/RFP responses ownership in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Solid understanding of core cloud concepts and differentiators.
• Ability to build data-driven business cases.
• Capable of solving complex multi-vendor cloud problems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical and solution expert supporting KAMs in pre-sales, solution design and delivery of RFx responses for cloud and Telco Cloud opportunities.
• Engage in deep technical customer dialogues, extract and clarify requirements, and translate them into scalable, secure and cost-effective solutions.
• Take ownership for RFx/tenders: understand requirements thoroughly, design the solution, and deliver high-quality responses.
• Be solution responsible for cloud products in the GPEC area of responsibility, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with Ericsson portfolio.
• Define and support solution and proposal strategies with Customer Units and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present value propositions and TCO/ROI analyses that articulate customer value.
• Lead or contribute to customer workshops, demos and technical deep dives.
• Share best practices and feedback to improve portfolio, processes and tools.
