Job summary

Ericsson GmbH is seeking a dynamic MS Core and Cloud Specialist. This role interfaces with Core and Cloud domains including CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud, contributing to Create, Sustain and Evolve across Managed Services deliveries.

You will support Domain Support and Automated Operations, contribute to analytics and automation efforts, and design solutions around automation use cases while addressing automation component issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with Core and Cloud domains including CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core and Cloud.
• Knowledge of Ericsson Operations Engine and MOE.
• Understanding of 5G Core Architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your Core and Cloud domain expertise to support Domain Support and Automated Operations teams.
• Assist Automation and Analytics team by offering Core and Cloud domain knowledge to facilitate analytics and automation use cases.
• Design and uphold solutions predicated upon automation use case candidates, while investigating potential problems associated with automation components.
• Enhance and propel recovery processes.
• Create, preserve, and augment automated Service Delivery methodologies.
• Carry out a trend analysis to proactively identify potential issues, initiating restoration and repair as necessary.
