Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sales Engineer for a remote role open to candidates in Mexico, preferably near Mexico City. You will engage with customers to demonstrate IoT value, conduct PoCs, and support the sales cycle with technical insights.

The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales or customer-facing positions, strong knowledge of IoT hardware and cloud software, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support with customers.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience evaluating hardware or software products.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
• Experience with cloud software, cloud-connected hardware, networking, and system integration.
