Job summary

Marsh is hiring a Telecommunication Specialist to design, deploy, and support our telecom infrastructure in a hybrid role based in Mexico City. You will ensure high-quality voice, conferencing, messaging, and mobile services by monitoring performance and resolving incidents, while supporting end users and business operations.

You will own incident handling and triage, perform BAU configuration and deployments, and provide proactive health checks to reduce outages and MTTR.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise telecommunications environments, including IP telephony/VoIP, unified messaging, and conferencing platforms.
• Working knowledge of PBX/IPT concepts and troubleshooting in a production setting.
• Experience with operational monitoring and performance analysis for voice/mobile services and using data to drive remediation.
• Proficiency producing operational reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL, with exposure to Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for IP telephony, Unified Messaging, and conferencing platforms; act as local incident contact.
• Troubleshoot and resolve telecom issues including circuits, call routing, SIP trunks, and end-user telephony problems; manage tickets to resolution.
• Perform proactive system health checks and monitor voice/mobile performance; identify faults and drive remediation to reduce outages and MTTR.
• Execute BAU configuration, deployment, and change activities following change management and controls.
• Deliver operational support to ensure high availability and consistent end-user experience for telecom platforms.
