WeConnect Technology (formerly Elabram Systems Inc) seeks an on-site Cloud O&M engineer to manage cloud platform software. The role requires experience in cloud operations, Linux, container tech, monitoring, and security.

English proficiency and a valid work visa are mandatory; candidate must pass Alibaba Cloud O&M interview or hold L3 certification. Ideal candidates will work in Taguig, Manila, and participate in shift rotations (5x8 or 7x24).

Qualificações

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Software/Network/InfoSec or related fields.
• 3+ years of cloud O&M experience; enterprise IT O&M processes knowledge.
• Must pass Alibaba Cloud O&M interview or hold O3 certification.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Must hold a valid work visa.

Responsabilidades

• On-site O&M for cloud platform software (5x8 or 7x24 shifts).
• Collaborate with cloud vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents.
• Follow enterprise IT O&M standards and maintain system stability and security.
