Job summary

Anytime Cleaners Corp. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and empower a team across Manila branches. You will oversee kitchen operations, enforce food quality and safety standards, and ensure SOP adherence to drive efficiency.

The role requires 4+ years of kitchen management experience, strong communication in English and Tagalog, and excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience managing a kitchen or restaurant with leadership responsibilities.
• Graduate of HRM or culinary school/certificate preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Tagalog.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of ingredients, equipment, and cooking procedures in a commercial kitchen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team including kitchen manager, assistant managers, line cooks, and dispatchers.
• Maintain standards across food quality, safety, recipes, and SOPs.
• Ensure store environment cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Execute and improve processes: inventory, stock management, scheduling, production workflows, cash management.
• Prepare reports on inventory, sales, spoilage.
