Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience managing a kitchen or restaurant, including leading and coaching teams.
• Preferred: graduate of HRM or culinary school program or certificate.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of ingredients, equipment, and cooking procedures in a commercial kitchen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage a kitchen team including managers, line cooks, and dispatchers to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain food quality, safety, recipes, and SOP compliance.
• Ensure store environment cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members, promoting from within.
• Improve processes like inventory, stock management, scheduling, and production workflows.
• Prepare reports on inventory and sales.
