Job summary

Us Thrive in the Philippines is seeking a Service Deployment Analyst to support deployment engineers in onboarding and projects centered on infrastructure, messaging and cloud services. You will help implement solutions and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities include configuring deployments, migrations, upgrades, and managing Thrive build rooms; you will coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years MSP experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• General networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with agent deployment and enrollment of end user devices.
• Maintain Deployment Engineering support criteria.
• Provide configuration support to deployment engineers.
• Management and maintenance of a build room in Thrive’s Foxborough offices.
• Assist in transition of completed project work to support team with documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent time management to accomplish project tasks.
