Job summary

ECI in the Philippines is seeking a Team Lead, Implementation Services to oversee global client deployments, evaluate needs, and develop configurations and standards that support ECIs and client business processes.

You will drive on-prem and cloud integrations, coordinate with internal teams, document runbooks, and mentor engineers to ensure successful, secure deployments across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure.
• 10+ years delivering Windows-based, cloud, and hybrid deployments in production.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with documentation ability.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms, Intune, Entra ID, and hybrid identities.
• Ability to drive projects with minimal supervision and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deploy on-premises infrastructure services, integrate with Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem solutions and ECI’s Private Cloud base solutions.
• Independently drive project objectives to closure with minimal supervision while providing regular status updates to project manager.
• Collaborate with various groups to implement innovative technologies, upgrade, migrate, and retire outdated infrastructure.
• Document processes, runbooks, implementation artifacts and keep documentation current.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in client onboarding environments, coordinating with internal resources and vendors.
• Engage in continuous improvement and learning including Azure/O365/AWS certifications.
