You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprints, maintain versioned configuration files, and document procedures and reports using Excel. The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and reliable deployment across environments.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Configure and maintain product settings, parameters, and workflows according to client specifications and project requirements.
• Implementation Support: Assist in deploying solutions for client environments, ensuring that configurations are tested, documented, and aligned with functional and technical requirements.
• Database Handling: Perform basic data management and validation tasks, including running queries (preferably in MongoDB) to verify configuration accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
• Operational Process Management: Support day-to-day operational activities for client deliverables, including data imports/exports, report generation, and task monitoring.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings using Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, updates, and documentation.
• Version Control and Deployment: Use Bitbucket or similar tool like GitHub/GitLab for managing configuration files, tracking code or data changes, and maintaining environment consistency across development and production.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain configuration documentation, client setup guides, and operational logs. Use Excel for data tracking, reporting, and validation summaries.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and reduce configuration errors.
