Job summary

Us Thrive in the Philippines is seeking a Service Deployment Analyst to support deployment engineers in onboarding and projects centered on infrastructure, messaging and cloud services. You will help implement solutions and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities include configuring deployments, migrations, upgrades, and managing Thrive build rooms; you will coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years MSP experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• General networking knowledge.

• Maintain Deployment Engineering support criteria.

Position Overview

At Thrive, a Service Deployment Analyst will have responsibility for assisting our team of Deployment Engineers in client onboardings and projects centered on infrastructure, messaging and cloud based services. You will provide assistance on project implementation, migrations, upgrades, documentation and other deployment activities including management and maintenance of a build room in Thrive’s Foxborough offices. Thrive is looking to hire individuals who demonstrate technical proficiency as well as the desire to learn from our team of accomplished engineers. A Service Deployment Analyst will work with Deployment Engineers to accomplish complex goals and objectives. Maintaining excellent documentation, communication and troubleshooting skills will be critical for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with agent deployment and enrollment of end user devices into Thrive services
• Maintain requirements of Deployment Engineering support criteria

• Assist in transition of completed project work to support team with all the relevant documentation required for long term maintenance
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to accomplish project tasks
