Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of software sales experience.
5 years of experience promoting database solutions or database software.
Experience in a quota carrying sales role in the software sales industry.
Experience in planning, pitching, and executing a territory business.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Responsibilities

Make databases a leading conversation in sales discussions and develop country and segment plans for Google Cloud Platform database services.
Build relationships with customers as trusted advisor to understand business drivers and identify database use cases.
Deliver against quota and forecast territory business growth with reporting.
Collaborate with account and cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and progress pipeline.
Work with partner teams to activate database-specific partners and ensure access for sales teams and customers.
