WeSupport Incorporated in the Philippines seeks a Cloud and DC Senior Administrator to join the Networks & Systems Administration team on a contract basis in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and data centre administration.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of virtualisation technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, security frameworks, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
• Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator Certified, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful infrastructure projects and operational excellence

Responsabilidades

• Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Implement and enforce security best practices, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity protocols.
• Conduct regular system audits, updates, and patches to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support application deployments and infrastructure requests.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor and support junior system administrators and technical staff.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in cloud and data centre management

About the role
WeSupport, Inc. is seeking a Cloud and DC Senior Administrator to join our Networks & Systems Administration team. This is a contract position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.
