WeSupport Incorporated in the Philippines seeks a Cloud and DC Senior Administrator to join the Networks & Systems Administration team on a contract basis in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this senior role, you will design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms while managing data center operations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management and data centre administration.
Proficiency with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong knowledge of virtualisation technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Solid understanding of networking protocols, security frameworks, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator Certified, or equivalent) is highly desirable
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successful infrastructure projects and operational excellence

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms and environments.
Manage and optimize data center operations, including server provisioning, storage management, and network configuration.
Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency.
Implement and enforce security best practices, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity protocols.
Conduct regular system audits, updates, and patches to maintain compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues with minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support application deployments and infrastructure requests.
Document system configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.
Mentor and support junior system administrators and technical staff.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in cloud and data centre management
