We are looking for a Cloud and Data Center Senior Administrator to manage and support Windows-based infrastructure, cloud environments, virtualization platforms, enterprise backup systems, and data center operations.
The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and availability of IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure – MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in workstation build and automation – MUST HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud – MUST HAVE
- Azure Cloud Architecture / Azure Architect-level exposure is preferred and highly prioritized
- Strong experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of the supported environment.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand business constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Cloud Infrastructure Support
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure cloud resources and workloads.
- Support Azure IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD, and Azure Backup environments.
- Assist with cloud provisioning, monitoring, scaling, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Support AWS environments, including EC2, S3, and IAM.
- Support hybrid cloud connectivity and monitoring.
- Maintain documentation for cloud configurations, architecture, and procedures.
- Azure Cloud Architecture experience is preferred and considered a high priority.
Backup & Recovery
- Administer enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication, Commvault, or Veritas NetBackup.
- Monitor backup jobs and troubleshoot failures and alerts.
- Manage backup schedules and retention policies.
- Perform restore testing and ensure data recoverability.
- Support backup and disaster recovery operations.
Storage & Data Center Operations
- Support SAN/NAS storage environments such as NetApp, Dell EMC, and HPE.
- Work with storage protocols including iSCSI, NFS, and SMB.
- Perform basic performance tuning and capacity monitoring.
- Maintain asset inventory, configuration records, and infrastructure documentation.
Monitoring, Maintenance & ITSM
- Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, or equivalent.
- Respond to infrastructure incidents and service requests.
- Use ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Perform patch management and system health reporting.
Security & Compliance
- Apply security patches and follow system hardening guidelines.
- Support antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
- Assist with vulnerability scanning using tools such as Qualys or Tenable.
- Provide basic support for SIEM platforms such as Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Support access reviews, backup logs, audits, and compliance requirements.
Scripting & Automation
- Use PowerShell for administration and automation tasks.
- Support workstation build and automation activities.
- Exposure to Ansible and Terraform is a plus.
