Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Patient Recruiter to identify, engage, and guide prospective participants through clinical trial recruitment. You will liaise with coordinators and investigators to ensure qualified participants are informed and prepared for study participation, while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires exceptional communication, organization, and accountability in a structured, metrics-driven environment, with adherence to GCP and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, business, communications, marketing.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in patient recruitment or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to engage diverse patient populations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Execute patient recruitment, outreach, pre-screening, scheduling, and follow-up per study protocol and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accountability for recruitment metrics, referrals, enrollment contribution, and documentation quality.
• Follow approved recruitment workflows and patient engagement processes for a consistent experience across studies.
