Job summary

Access Care Proactive Health is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support clinical operations, coordinating onsite teams, documentation, and event requirements.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure smooth operations, monitor OSHA standards, and maintain accurate dental records in Open Dental. The role includes staffing coordination and liaison with US-based experts to ensure safe, effective event execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 8 months of administrative and operational experience coordinating with onsite teams.
• Knowledge of administrative processes, quality assurance, infection control and OSHA compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Airtable, Open Dental, Canva and MEGA.
• Able to work under pressure with evolving priorities and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with onsite leaders to monitor real time operations and address concerns.
• Monitor documentation and records in Open Dental; ensure completeness and follow-ups.
• Coordinate staffing for events and relay information to the CS department.
• Work with Clinical Operations Director and Onsite Managers on OSHA protocol adherence.
• Coordinate with US-based clinical experts to support event execution.
• Perform other duties to support operational and clinical objectives.
