Author Health is seeking an organized Administrative Operations Associate to support the Market Operations Team. You will handle data management, reporting, scheduling coordination, and quality reviews to keep day-to-day operations accurate and efficient.

The ideal candidate will navigate multiple systems, maintain attention to detail, and work both independently and with a team. This full-time onsite role is based in Makati, Philippines, with US business hours expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year in healthcare operations, care coordination, or related field.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot is an advantage.
• Ability to read data dashboards and use BI tools like Looker.
• HIPAA knowledge and handling confidential patient information.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily admissions, patient prioritization, and Outreach Liaison assignments.
• Conduct weekly audits for patients with 14+ days of active hospital admission.
• Manage daily chase lists for cases not automatically assigned (Maya, priority engagements, ADT alerts).
• Verify insurance status and create new patient charts for OLs.
• Monitor referrals from new partners and coordinate follow-up with Market Development Lead team.
• Maintain weekly patient reporting and partner communications with HIPAA compliance.
