Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biology, chemistry, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting as a med tech.
• Preferable 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in life sciences or medical devices industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell specific life science products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Provide clinical applications training and support to customers, ensuring proficiency and product preference.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Create local key accounts clinical applications program – building and maintaining a funnel of opportunities.
• Organize and conduct in-service trainings, product demonstrations and presentations to assigned customers and distributor sales forces.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and practice improvement metrics to meet goals and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to country marketing team and validate marketing activities for relevance and impact.
• Stay updated on product and practice updates by liaising with local clinical and marketing leads.
• Attend exhibitions, organize user groups, and conduct seminars to provide clinical applications support as needed.
