Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging clinical instruction and practical training sessions aligned with course curricula and industry standards
• Supervise and assess students during clinical placements, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their learning and professional development
• Collaborate with academic faculty to ensure clinical instruction complements theoretical coursework and enhances student learning outcomes
• Establish and maintain relationships with clinical partners, healthcare facilities and external organisations to facilitate student placements and clinical experiences
• Evaluate student competency and clinical skills development through observation, assessment tools and performance reviews
• Participate in curriculum review and development initiatives to ensure clinical content remains current and relevant
• Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters professional growth and student success
