Qualifications

• 5+ years of teaching experience in health sciences or clinical training (preferred).

As Clinical Instructor at The Medical City, you will be at the forefront of shaping nursing education, clinical excellence, and professional development across the enterprise.

You will design and implement comprehensive educational programs, collaborate with academic institutions, and lead initiatives that elevate nursing practice. From curriculum development to research integration, you will play a critical role in ensuring that nurses and support staff are equipped to deliver world-class care.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Design and deliver education programs: Create instructional goals, develop content, and implement effective teaching strategies for nurses and support staff.
• Evaluate learning outcomes: Conduct formative and summative assessments, provide feedback, and continuously improve training modules.
• Collaborate with academic partners: Co-develop curricula, share best practices, and strengthen clinical-academic partnerships.
• Lead change through education: Align programs with institutional strategy, manage resources, and engage multidisciplinary teams.
• Integrate research into practice: Conduct nursing research, apply evidence-based knowledge, and mentor learners in critical inquiry.
• Ensure ethical and legal compliance: Embed professional standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical principles into all educational activities.
• Foster continuous learning: Participate in professional development, maintain teaching competence, and promote innovation in nursing education.

Who You Are

• A Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with a valid PRC license.
• Holds or is pursuing a post-graduate degree in Nursing, Education, or Health Sciences.
• Has certification training in curriculum development, course facilitation, or related fields.
• Has 1-2 years of clinical experience or full-time teaching experience in nursing education.
• Preferably has 5+ years of commendable teaching experience in health sciences or clinical training.
• A passionate educator with strong instructional design skills and a commitment to excellence.
• A collaborative leader who can work across departments and institutions to elevate nursing standards.
