Qualifications

• Provide L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS and related healthcare apps.
• Monitor performance, investigate incidents, and resolve problems within defined SLAs.
• Manage Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management per ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for healthcare applications.
• Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; coordinate patches/upgrades.
• Coordinate changes and releases with vendors and internal teams; perform impact analysis.
