Job summary

Hospital Authority Kowloon Central Cluster invites applications for Senior Manager (Clinical Effectiveness). Reporting to CM(CE&TM), the appointee will lead the Clinical Effectiveness Section, drive policy development and oversee clinical research and innovation within HA.

The role requires a university degree (medical qualification preferred), at least 10 years in a management function, strong English and Chinese, leadership, communication and collaboration across disciplines; salary

Responsibilities

Clinical research and innovation: assist in policy development and implementation for clinical research and innovation in HA.
Clinical performance monitoring and audit: develop and implement HA policy on performance monitoring and audits, oversee related projects and audits.
Support Coordinating Committee (Radiology) in standard of clinical service, care models, workforce, training, quality and safety and technology adoption.
Provide administrative support to designated committees and prepare papers/reports for senior management, boards and committees.
Assist in the general administration of the department and development of annual plans.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.
