Job summary

ICU Medical Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Educator to serve as a clinical and product expert, working with the sales team to advance the sales process through in-service education, training programs, and clinical product troubleshooting.

The role involves leading in-services, demonstrations, and education sessions, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ICU product applications and clinical practices. A valid driver’s license and ICU experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of ICU clinical experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-services and educational sessions relative to ICU products during evaluations, conversions and trouble-shooting.
• Promotes opportunities for product training & support through a relationship-based approach with customers.
• Demonstrates products and assists customers in selecting best suited products in collaboration with sales & management.
• Demonstrates a detailed understanding of product range and clinical applications.
• Assists the sales team with clinical support, teaching and education of ICU products.
• Delivers programs to support ICU products in the clinical setting.
• Delivers clinical programs and assists customers in product selection.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product applications and clinical practices.
• Prepares reports on customer needs, feedback, and market activity.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and confidentiality.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Educator functions as a clinical and product expert and is responsible for working with the ICU Medical sales team to advance the sales process and maximise customer satisfaction through in-service education and training programs, clinical and product trouble-shooting, and follow-up activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts and leads in-services and educational sessions relative to ICU products during evaluations, conversions and trouble-shooting
• Promotes/sells/secures opportunities for product training & support from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs in collaboration with sales & management team
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of product range and clinical application
• Assists the sales team with the provision of effective clinical support, teaching and education of ICU products
• Delivery of programs to support ICU products in the clinical setting
• Deliver clinical programs and assist customers in selecting appropriate products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product applications and clinical practices
• Prepare reports on customer needs, feedback, and market activity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
