Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Data Coordinator to support clinical research data collection, validation, and QA activities. You will review data accuracy, perform data integrity checks, support UAT, validate database forms, ensure protocol compliance, and manage patient follow-up for registries and trials.

The role requires 1–2 years in data coordination/data management and UAT with HIPAA awareness. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for independent yet collaborative

Qualifications

1–2 years data coordination/data management experience.
1–2 years UAT and data validation experience.
Experience with medical terminology is a plus.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

Collect and abstract clinical data from source documents.
Validate data accuracy and perform quality checks.
Support UAT and validate database forms and functionality.
Monitor study timelines and data entry progress.
Conduct internal audits for data completeness and protocol compliance.
Support patient follow-up and communications for registries and trials.
Execute data entry testing and system validation before go-live.
