We are looking for a Clinical Data Coordinator to support data management, data validation, quality assurance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. The role is responsible for ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and validity, conducting validation checks, testing forms and platforms before deployment, and supporting study objectives through compliant data collection and database management processes.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Understand and comply with study protocols, utilizing available resources and appropriate quality assurance methods to ensure accurate data collection and data entry.
Track study timepoints to support the timely completion of study objectives.
Adhere to established protocols for internal audits to ensure data completeness, validity, and accuracy.
Perform data validation checks and monitor for missing data, inconsistencies, and data entry discrepancies.
Conduct validation and user functionality testing on newly created forms prior to deployment within the database.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new registries and platforms before they go live.
Input tester data to support project and system validation activities.
Support ongoing data quality initiatives and compliance with established data management procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
1–2 years of data coordination and/or data management experience.
1–2 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation.
Experience with medical terminology.
Experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and maintaining compliance with HIPAA requirements.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong English language proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and drive tasks and projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
Ability to communicate workload, priorities, and progress effectively with managers and supervisors.
Ability to work comfortably and effectively in ambiguous situations.
