Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a Clinical Data Specialist to organize and verify medical data for research and clinical use. You will structure data from diverse records, build complete patient illness histories, and ensure accuracy across trial platforms (EDC, CRIO, Medidata).

The role requires a strong clinical background, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in Excel. A minimum of four years in healthcare data management is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background in Medical allied health fields.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology and documentation.
• Experience in clinical trials (CRA) and GCP certified.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Four years in healthcare or medical data management.
• Hands‑on with at least three Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new medical systems quickly.
• Attention to detail and data confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Organize and structure data from diverse medical records into standardized formats.
• Construct complete patient illness histories from multiple data sources.
• Verify data for clinical trial patients across platforms (EDC, CRIO, Medidata).
• Track and organize key clinical endpoints for reporting and analysis.
• Identify data inaccuracies and generate reports for missing data points.
• Support new healthcare platforms and medical systems.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of healthcare data.
• Provide support for other medical data entry needs.
