Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator to support data management, validation, QA, and UAT activities for our partners.

You will ensure data completeness and accuracy, conduct validation checks, test forms, and assist study objectives through compliant data collection and database management.

This role requires 1–2 years of data coordination, strong English, and the ability to work independently in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of data coordination and/or data management experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation.
• Experience with medical terminology.
• Experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and maintaining compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong English language proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks and projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
• Ability to communicate workload, priorities, and progress effectively with managers and supervisors.
• Ability to work comfortably and effectively in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to study protocols and quality assurance methods to ensure accurate data collection and entry.
• Track study timepoints to support timely study objectives.
• Adhere to internal audits to ensure data completeness, validity, and accuracy.
• Perform data validation checks and monitor for missing data and inconsistencies.
• Conduct validation and user functionality testing on new forms before deployment in the database.
• Perform UAT on new registries and platforms before go-live.
• Input tester data to support project and system validation activities.
• Support ongoing data quality initiatives and compliance with data management procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
